Eurycoma Longifolia also commonly called Tongkat Ali is a plant native to Indonesia and Malaysia. IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Tongkat Ali typically takes some time until it works, and people are often not patient enough and might even stop within the first 2 weeks thinking the product doesn’t work. Generally speaking, the first effects can be noted after 3-5 weeks. However, this is dependent on your dosage and on your body weight. It is recommended that an 80kg man should take 2 capsules a day on an empty stomach. Two capsules per day should be sufficient, but it is safe to increase the dosage to 3 or 4 capsules a day if desired. It is very important that you take Tongkat Ali every day for 4 weeks straight without skipping any days.
