Carnitine is an amino acid composite that is made from lysine and methionine. One of its main roles is to help the body turn fat into energy. It assists with the transport of fat into the mitochondria of cells, such as muscle cells. In the mitochondria, the fat is burned away as fuel. Research confirms that supplementing with carnitine increases the amount of fat burnt, particularly during exercise. This enhanced fat loss also boosts muscle endurance by sparing muscle glycogen.
Carnitine has also been found to improve blood flow by increasing nitric oxide production. This relaxes the smooth muscles of the blood vessels, causing them to widen, allowing more blood to flow through. This can further promote muscle endurance through better delivery of nutrients and oxygen to working muscles, along with helping to improve recovery after exercise.
Carnitine has been shown to help improve both sperm count and sperm quality and may improve male sexual health.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Tongkat Ali typically takes some time until it works, and people are often not patient enough and might even stop within the first 2 weeks thinking the product doesn’t work. Generally speaking, the first effects can be noted after 3-5 weeks. However, this is dependent on your dosage and on your body weight. It is recommended that an 80kg man should take 2 capsules a day on an empty stomach. Two capsules per day should be sufficient, but it is safe to increase the dosage to 3 or 4 capsules a day if desired.
