We offer a 30 day money back policy:

If you wish to return an item purchased from our website, you may return it to us within 30 days of the date of order for a full refund (less delivery costs).  The product must be in its original packaging and be unused. Please advise us that the product is being returned and return to:

A product is damaged or incorrect:

If you wish to return an item because the product you received is either damaged or not what you ordered, please notify us immediately.  We will arrange to collect the damaged or incorrect product at our own cost and replace it with the correct product.

A product is faulty and still under warranty:

If a product is faulty and still under warranty, please notify us immediately.  We are happy to replace any faulty product or offer a full refund (less delivery costs) if we are notified within the warranty period.  Please note that shipping costs will be for for the customer’s account.
