LEAN LIPIDS™. The Lean Lipids in Muscle Milk come from sunflower and canola oils and medium chain triglycerides (MCTs). WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO DRINK MUSCLE MILK? Muscle Milk should be consumed as directed on the label.
